All High Elves?
Are they really all High Elves?

- Not all of them, but yeah it seems considering the ammount of High Elves involved in WOTLK that the Alliance opened up a can of Helvies, or the 20k High Elfs in Stormwind found thier old uniforms and got out of those Human clothes. Either that or some Wretched with blue eyes got cured and are very secretive about thier more Blood Elf Sucking off creatures for Mana past or some Blood Elves shifted sides before they started sucking of demons (after all some Blood Elves did have problems with sucking Demons, small creatures ok.. but demons) or the High Elfs finally feel the power of the Sun wel returning and have decided to take a more active role. Gee so many reasons why there is such a sudden increase in Helfies, I gues Blizzard can either pick one to give into the thousands of people asking for Helfs in the game. They do have alot of fanboy/girls.

I more mend the ammount of High Elves has increased greatly. You sudenly find them everywhere which is a huge increase. Not saying it is a bad or a good thing. --Dehnus (talk) 13:34, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
I think Blizz might be trying to make up for the lack of HElves in the game. I mean, you really only see them in-game in smallish camps in the Hinterlands and Plaguelands, and a few in Theramore. With the addition of TBC, you have a few more HElves in the form of Allerian Stronghold, but not very many. Toran Wildpaw of the Frenzyheart (talk) 13:48, 13 October 2008 (UTC)

Blizzard has done a lot of stupid things (ie. making Illidan killable/insane, making Kael evil, making it so you can kill dragon aspects, demigods, and presumed titans with 5-25 people, making Tirion cleanse the Ashbringer despite the fact that they themselves have said that the

- Still, there is nothing wrong with having a little "we are almost died out" thing, and have like one hero that fights alot harder simply because of this fact. But the ammount they add now is a bit over the top.--Dehnus (talk) 09:36, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
- Hey, if you're almost extinct, why not go down swinging fighting the very thing that put you there in the first place. Sure, they didn't really want much to do with the Legion in Outland, but hey, The Scourge is back and stirring up trouble. I don't think Any self-respecting High Elf could pass up the chance to crush them. They did gather up and form the Silver Covenant for a reason. Well... other than opposing the allowance of the Blood Elves into Dalaran... Though I bet the counterattack against the Scourge and the Nexus War definitely factored in. I honestly think that what's left of the High Elves are out there showing themselves to face down the Scourge at last. I don't mind so much. "Do not go gentle into that good night..." Fate after Theramore Isle
On the WoWWiki page it says that "Alliance defenders, including Rhonin, the 7th Legion, and many of it's commanders" were killed by the mana bomb that was dropped, but the Wowpedia page says that it's "revealed" that 7th Legion will arrive in Krasaraing Wilds in patch 5.1.0 based on a quest description on Wowhead. - Probably wasn't the whole Legion dispatched at Theramore. And even if there was, they may have reformed it. - LucidFox (talk) 14:50, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
- Sounds like the WoWWiki page is getting their information from the spoilers posted on Scrolls of Lore, rather than the book itself. And, technically, Varian sends the 7th Fleet, which may or may not be the same as the 7th Legion. The only absolutely confirmed 7th Legion involvement is Horran Redmane, who took over after the Horde killed General Marstone in Silverpine. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 17:19, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

Legions
So we had the 1st Legion, currently have the 7th Legion... what happened to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Legions?

- To be honest I think that the 7th Legion was made from people from the 2nd - 6th Legions who decided to follow Jaina to Kalimdor. This is how I picture things going down. The first legion heads out to help Arthas in Icecrown and so the other legions deal with the remaining Scourge forces in Lordaeron. However when Jaina begins trying to get people to come to Kalimdor members of each legion decide to follow with the blessing of their commanders.
- While these men are in Kalimdor, some of the other legions fall to a returned Arthas and his Scourge army in the battles that resulted with Uther's death and the destruction of Dalaran. Other legions are killed by the Burning Legion when they ravaged Lordaeron before they left for Kalimdor. The final remaining legion ends up serving under Garithos and thus dying when Sylvanas and the Forsaken decide they have outlived their usefulness. Meanwhile having survived the Battle of Mount Hyjal these remnants discover that they are the last members of their individual legion. So they decide to group together and form the 7th Legion. --Sairez (talk) 18:38, 18 September 2012 (UTC)
US/UK spelling

- Beside the fact that English is the language, I don't think there is any obligation for it to be UK or US
