Sventian is a blue drakonid located in the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken. He was present when a dragonkin rebel tried to blow the area up. He witnessed the rebel try to activate an Inert Runestone. He and Aesthis stopped the rebel, but they cut Sventian and ran away. A Panicked Physician then treated the cut.[1]
