Surrender to Madness is a level 50 Shadow priest talent. It instantly activates [Voidform], doubles Insanity generation and allows one to cast while moving, with the drawback of killing the caster unless they kill the target in the next 30 seconds.
In Hearthstone
Surrender to Madness is an epic Priest spell in the Rastakhan's Rumble expansion for Hearthstone. Its flavour text reads: "Never give up, always surrender!"
