The Sun-Lute of the Phoenix King is an epic two-handed axe that can only be purchased from the Black Market Auction House. It has a chance to be posted by Sig Nicious for the opening bid of 70,000, and can be found inside the 
[Unclaimed Black Market Container] as well.
Notes
Upon equipping this weapon, it can be right-clicked to trigger the Sun-Lute's Song effect, transforming the bearer into Sig Nicious. This effect lasts 12 seconds and has a 1 minute cooldown.

Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stat crunch. 
Hotfix (2013-06-04): Sun-Lute of the Phoenix King and Retinal Armors should no longer be scaling incorrectly in the level 85-89 bracket for Battlegrounds. - Hotfix (2012-12-13): The Sun-Lute of the Phoenix King can now be upgraded using the Item Upgrade system.
