Fandral's Flamescythe drops from Majordomo Staghelm in the Firelands.
Notes
If a Druid equips this weapon and transforms into Cat form, they will appear as a fire cat (the same model that Staghelm transforms into during his boss fight).
Collecting the staff as an appearance unlocks the flame cat form appearance in the barbershop so it can be used permanently.
Patch changes
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Level squished. Collecting the staff as an appearance unlocks the flame cat appearance in the barbershop. 
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Item level squish. 
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stat squish.
