The Bloodmane Charm is purchased from 
Honest Jim and 
Linny "The Skinny" Leadpockets in Spires of Arak for 500. The player needs to have built the Smuggler's Den garrison outpost in Axefall or Southport in order to gain access to their faction's rare goods vendor.
Notes
- Transforms the player into a Saberon wearing several pieces of tribal clothing and adornments.
- The disguise has a duration of 5 minutes.
