Strategist Zo'rak is a broker located in the Enclave in Oribos. Members of Cartel Zo have a keen interest in observing mortals in combat. Thus Zo'rak sends living mortals in Oribos on quests to fight other mortals, usually members of the opposite faction, in various different types of battlegrounds and arenas. These observations are recorded and sent to someone called the Observer.
