Patch changes

Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Removed.
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Now distributes 25% of damage (was 50%) and grants increased healing for 24 seconds (was 20 seconds). Cast time increased to 1.5 seconds (was instant).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 46 honor talent to a PvP talent.
Hotfix (2017-09-16): Spirit Link (Honor Talent) can no longer be applied to targets under level 100.
Hotfix (2017-02-06):
- Spirit Link's mana has been increased to 35% base mana (was 15%).
- Spirit Link's damage can no longer be mitigated by Absorption effects.
- Spirit Link's duration has been reduced to 20 seconds.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10):
- Mana cost reduced, and no longer has a cooldown.
- Targets linked now receive 100% increased healing from your [Chain Heal] and [Riptide].
Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds (was 60 seconds).
Hotfix (2016-07-26):
- Spirit Link now casts instantly, has a 20 second duration (was 30 seconds), and has a 60 second cooldown (was 45 seconds).
- Spirit Link now requires 1 close target (was 2).
