Snow Elementals are elementals that spawn at water invasions during the Tempest Unleashed pre-expansion event.
Abilities
Aquabomb — Enchants a location to explode after a short delay, inflicting Frost damage to all enemies within 6 yards, knocking them back and blinding them.
Frost Eruption — Erupt the snow around you, inflicting 39 Frost damage to enemies. Enemies hit are slowed by 30% for 15 sec.
Heavy Whiteout — Blast the target with a flurry of snow, dealing 13 Frost damage. Heavy Whiteout jumps to enemies within 20 yards of the initial target.
