Shaper's Terrace
The Shaper's Terrace is the name of two titan-related areas found in Un'Goro Crater, referring to Khaz'goroth "The Shaper". One section, on the bluffs above and east of Marshal's Refuge, contains a Waygate connecting to Sholazar Basin. Another in the cliffs on the eastern wall of Un'Goro houses the titanic watcher Nablya, who continues Khaz'gorith's experiments on life in the crater.
Northern Shaper's Terrace
It seems to be related to titan buildings found on Northrend and elsewhere in southern Kalimdor. It is not easily accessible by foot, although it's relatively simple to walk down to Marshal's Refuge from it. Before mounted flight in Kalimdor, the terrace was only intended to only be accessed through the Waygate[40, 82] in Sholazar Basin.
It is said that Freya ran countless tests and experiments from this terrace, bringing new creatures to life.[1]
Recently, the terrace has been taken by Death's Hand Acolytes of the Cult of the Damned. For the quest 
[20-30] The Activation Rune, players need to kill the Cult's local leader, High Cultist Herenn. He is located in the Hall of Repose and possesses the [Omega Rune] necessary to activate the Etymidian.
Currently, it is also the location in which the quest [10-80] Meeting a Great One unfolds, having to show Roo one of the "great ones".
Eastern Shaper's Terrace
This area, also known as the Shaper's Terrace, is the location where Khaz'goroth once stood to perform tests and experiments. His apprentice, Nablya, now continues these tests in his absence. She's currently observing the bloodpetals, pterrordax, gorillas, and diemetradons. This terrace was hidden by a cloaking device, but it failed during the Cataclysm, prompting Nablya to eventually make contact with adventurers investigating the Crater's mysteries.
Without flying, the terrace can only be reached by being teleported there by the Un'Goro Examinant after reaching the quest [15-30] The Shaper's Terrace.
Trivia
- In Hearthstone, the area appears in the art of the Awaken the Makers quest. Its flavor text reads: "They keep hitting the Snooze button."
