The Omega Rune drops from High Cultist Herenn inside the Shaper's Terrace in the Un'Goro Crater. The rune is used to activate The Etymidian.[1] After that, the rune is brought to Avatar of Freya[2] who tells the adventurers to use the rune to deploy Etymidian and kill the Scourge at The Avalanche.[3]
