Shado-Pan Fallback is the tower serving as the corner of the Serpent's Spine in southwest Kun-Lai Summit, where it turns south after traveling southwest along the border with Townlong Steppes. Immediately outside the northern door of the tower is Firebough Nook, which has been infested by the sha.
Shado-Master Chong has been requesting reinforcements from the Shado-Pan Monastery, far to the north, but they have not been forthcoming.

- Interestingly, the tower's doors are named Ancient Guo Lai Door. Guo-Lai is in northwest Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
