Scout Captain Daelin is a high elf at Windrunner's Overlook in Crystalsong Forest. He and his scouts are affiliated with the Silver Covenant.

Daelin is also seen on the Isle of Thunder. He was first seen aboard the Rhonin's Beard. After landing and gaining control of areas of the isle, he was helping the Kirin Tor eliminating the Zandalari forces. He also guards the entrance of Stormsea Landing.
