Objectives
Retrieve 9 "Distilled" Fuel Barrels from the Blacksand Spillway.
Description
I've never seen this quality of oil! Problem is the oil needed a little extra refinin'.
I heard of this system where you use ocean water to speed up the process. I don't have time to waste down here, so I just threw the barrels into the bay.
Pretty good idea, I know. Problem is, I'm not sure how to pull it out of the bay...
Maybe someone of your expertise could help me out.
