Reverberation is a conduit for rogues. It drops from the following bosses:

• Nalthor the Rimebinder in the Necrotic Wake
• Sire Denathrius in Castle Nathria
• The Prototype Pantheon in the Sepulcher of the First Ones
• Valinor in Bastion
• Mortanis in Maldraxxus
• Oranomonos the Everbranching in Ardenweald
• Nurgash Muckformed in Revendreth.

An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from  [60] Strengthen the Bond.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2020-12-14): Effectiveness reduced by 50% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 30%).
  
• Hotfix (2020-12-07): Reverberation's increase to [Echoing Reprimand] damage has been reduced by 30% when engaged in combat with enemy players.
