• This NPC is a reference to the Hearthstone card Refreshment Vendor, a neutral minion added in the The Grand Tournament expansion (2015). The fact that the Refreshment Vendor sells  [Funnel Cake]s is a reference to the Hearthstone minion's voice lines, which begat a running gag of funnel cake references in Hearthstone.
