Primalist Iceslingers are jungle trolls that originally spawned at water invasions during the Tempest Unleashed pre-expansion event. They now appear on the Dragon Isles during Primal Storms.
Abilities

Ice Shackle — Immobilizes an enemy for up to 3 sec.
Pulsating Stream — Inflict 13 Nature damage every 2 sec for 8 sec.
