Pillarstone Spire [45, 47] is an elevator to the Skolzgal Mill on the surface of the Isle of Dorn in central Ringing Deeps. Mindi Maxlof has gotten herself stranded here and is looking for some assistance with her leafletting.
The area is bordered by the Waterworks to the west, Brunwin's Terrace to the north, Shadowvein Extraction Site to the northeast, the Rumbling Wastes to the east, and the Cataract River to the south and southwest.
The Cataract River Cruise skyriding race is immediately to the south at [48.3, 46.9] overlooking the river.
