Orian Darkwater is a blue dragonspawn rebel found in the Misty Vale in Thaldraszus. He was granting elemental blessings to allow his fellows to pass through barriers.[1] When Maldra Flametongue wanted to leave the rebels, she became Orian's prisoner, and he used elemental bonds to hold her. Investigator Erima arrived to the camp in order to disrupt the Primalists and rescue Maldra, so he sent an adventurer to kill Orian.[2] With Orian gone, she easily broke the chains. Later, Maldra replicated the same elemental magic that Orian used on her and enchanted her ring with that spell.[3]
Abilities
Ice Shackle — Immobilizes an enemy for up to 3 sec. Inflicts 15 Frost damage to an enemy.
