Nilganihmaht Control Ring

Hand of Nilganihmaht

Nilganihmaht Control Ring is a crawling hand mount granted to players who return the five rings to the Hand of Nilganihmaht at ^{[25.5, 36.8]} in the Hollow of the Insolent of The Rift in the Maw and then complete the [60] Gotta Hand It To Ya quest.

Four rings (gold, runed, signet, and silver) can be acquired at any time. The stone ring requires the [60B] Necrolord Assault to be active, and specifically, the [60] Putting A Plan Together quest to be available. The runed band requires proper access to the Rift (via a [Repaired Riftkey] or a [Collapsing Riftstone]).

Find five rings both in the normal Maw phase and in the Rift phase:

Maw

Stone

The [Nilganihmaht's Stone Ring] requires four [Quartered Ancient Ring]s found in Perdition Hold while the [60B] Necrolord Assault is up:

Found inside a Mawsworn Cache atop the walls of Perdition Hold during the [60B] Necrolord Assault. Must be in the Overcharged Centurion after completing [60] Putting A Plan Together
Reward for [60] Clearing the Walls started from the [Defense Map], looted from Mawsworn Caches while inside the Overcharged Centurion after completing [60] Putting A Plan Together. Note that [60] Clearing the Walls is shareable, so if it doesn't drop from the six available chests, consider checking Group Finder
Kill the Maw Mad Construct that frequently spawns during the [60B] Necrolord Assault
On the ground at various spots in Perdition Hold, including ^{[33.7, 66.2]} near Shadeweaver Zeris and ^{[30.7, 58.4]} in the small cave where [60G3 Daily] Guaranteed Delivery starts. Use the [Trained Gromit Carrier] and the Swagsnout Gromit to help find it!

Once all four have been acquired (in any order), head to Zovaal's Cauldron and use one of the rings while standing near a Soulsteel Forge — two forges are near the Stygian Incinerator — and combine the four into [Nilganihmaht's Stone Ring].

Runed

The [Nilganihmaht's Runed Band] drops from Torglluun in The Rift at Ruin's Cradle where Cyrixia normally spawns. Players must use a [Repaired Riftkey] or a [Collapsing Riftstone] to reach the area.

Gold

The [Nilganihmaht's Gold Band] is sitting on a rock high above Calcis and can be accessed at any time.

Silver

The [Nilganihmaht's Silver Ring] is inside the Domination Sealed Chest in Perdition Hold. To open the chest, find four [Seal Breaker Key]s in any order:

Inside Helgarde Supply Caches scattered about Desmotaeron
Kjellrun has one hanging on the wall at ^{[65.6, 60.0]} on The Harrower's Key Ring
As drops from Maldraxxi Defectors and House of the Chosen elites with a low drop rate
In the [Feeder's Hand and Key] which drops from Ylva at ^{[66.4, 41.9]}

Signet

The [Nilganihmaht's Signet Ring] drops from Exos, Herald of Domination atop the Altar of Domination in Perdition Hold. Use [Domination's Calling] to reach the spawn platform.

Mount journal

Of all the giants who dared defy the Jailer, Nilganihmaht was the most arrogant. For this transgression, the giant's severed hand was hidden within a veil of torments, and the rings that could summon it back were scattered across the Maw.
