Helgarde Supply Caches are located at various locations in Desmotaeron and Helgarde Keep of the Maw. Loot the cache once daily for one  [Seal Breaker Key] (one-time only), 30x [Stygia], and some vendor trash. The cache is not marked on the minimap or the zone map, but the  [Trained Gromit Carrier] will spot it.
