Exos, Herald of Domination is a rare elite maw caster located at the Altar of Domination in the Maw. 
[Domination's Calling] is needed in order to create the portal to its area, which itself requires defeating the other three four-player rares: Apholeias, Herald of Loss in the Crucible of the Damned, Ekphoras, Herald of Grief in Gorgoa: River of Souls, and Talaporas, Herald of Pain in the Tremaculum.
Exos drops the 
[Vorpal Amulet], and has a chance at dropping 
[Korrath's Grimoire: Aleketh], [Korrath's Grimoire: Gyadrek], and [Korrath's Grimoire: Belidir]. In patch 9.1, Exos also drops 
[Nilganihmaht's Signet Ring], one of five required to acquire the 
[Nilganihmaht Control Ring] in The Rift.
Abilities
Echoes of Misery 50 yd range — Summons shadows that rip apart anything they touch, inflicting Shadow Damage and stunning enemies for 6 sec. 3 second cast.
Echoing Despair 10 yd range — Inflicts Shadow damage to all nearby enemies, reducing their movement speed by 30% and increasing damage taken by 25% for 8 sec. 1 second cast. Interruptible.
Necrotic Blast 100 yd range — A cresting wave of shadow surges over players in a line in front of the caster, dealing Shadow damage on impact and knocking enemies back. 3.5 second cast. 6 second cooldown.
Pain Spike 30 yd range — Inflicts Shadow damage to an enemy. 2 second cast. Interruptible.
