Millhouse Manastorm is a legacy encounter in the Brawler's Guild and requires the use of a challenge card to fight.
Abilities
Frostbolt 40 yd range — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec. 3.5 sec cast. Hits for 17575-19425 Frost. (4 sec cooldown)
Get Off! 3 yd range — Knocks back and deals Arcane damage to enemies that get too close. Instant. Hits for 78625-91375 Shadow. (1 sec cooldown)
Shadowbolt 40 yd range — Inflicts Shadow damage to an enemy. 2.5 sec cast. Hits for 13875-16125 Shadow. (3 sec cooldown)
Summon Power Crystals — Creates two Power Crystals. 1 sec cast. Power crystals have 84,318 health and the following ability:
Infusing Power — Infuses all units that touch the beam with Power Overwhelming. Channeled. Standing in the beam triggers every 0.75 sec...
Power Overwhelming — Increases damage inflicted by 5%. Buff. 10 sec duration. Stacks to 100.
Dooooooom! — Inflicts periodic Shadow damage to all nearby enemies. 3 sec cast. 30 sec duration. Cast at 100 stacks of Power Overwhelming. Triggers every 1 sec...
Dooooooom! — Inflicts 237500 Shadow damage. Instant. Hits for 237500-262500.
Strategy
Millhouse casts weak Frostbolts and Shadowbolts that can be interrupted, but don't need to be. Players standing too close to him will be knocked away with Get Off! Most importantly, he Summons Power Crystals, which channel a beam onto Millhouse. Combatants should get between Millhouse and the crystal so they gain the stacking Power Overwhelming damage buff instead of him. If that isn't possible, destroy the crystal, which only has 84,000 health. Millhouse cannot be allowed to reach 100 stacks or he will use Dooooooom! and kill his target nigh-instantly.
Millhouse will need 400K DPS to beat the enrage timer. So, get the Power Overwhelming stack as high as possible before popping trinkets and cooldowns.
