Mad Magglish is a goblin who stole some [99-Year-Old Port] from Ratchet when Crane Operator Bigglefuzz misplaced a shipment. He fled to the Wailing Caverns.^[1] He is found outside the instance portal.

Abilities

Sneak — Puts the caster in stealth mode, but slows its movement by 50%. Lasts until cancelled.
