Notes
Side effects appear randomly, and match the effects of known elixirs. The random effects will not overwrite existing flask/elixir buffs, so they do not appear if you are already under the effects of a flask or two elixirs.

Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Stacks to 200, up from 20. 
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Added.
