Does seem to be random elixir effects. The only one I can actually remember was  [Elixir of Major Strength], (Highly welcome at the time, I was tanking...), but I've seen others I recognize. The icons are the same as if you had drunk a potion of the particular type. --Azaram 06:11, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Got  [Earthen Elixir] the other day, and one of the armor elixirs whose name I can't remember. I'm not positive, but it seems to pick things that would be useful to what you're doing. Frex, I've never gotten something like  [Elixir of Healing Power] or  [Elixir of Draenic Wisdom] when I've hit the potion while tanking... --Azaram 12:18, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
