It is sold for 5 by any Lovely Merchant during the Love is in the Air seasonal event.
Notes
When used, it provides a buff equivalent of the Forever-Lovely Rose image:
- Male: holding the rose in his teeth
- Female: wearing the rose pinned in her hair.
In both cases, it hides any worn helm.
