Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 9 class talent (was a level 35 Elemental PvP talent).

Patch 8.3.0 (2020-01-14):
- Lightning Lasso is now affected by [Master of the Elements].
- Lightning Lasso's damage has been reduced by 10%.
Patch 8.2.0 (2019-06-25):
- Lightning Lasso now deals 140% spell power per tick (was 8% of the target's maximum health).
- Lightning Lasso now deals damage to permanently stun immune mobs.
Hotfix (2018-12-20): Now lasts 5 seconds (was 6) and deals 40% of the target's maximum health in damage (was 48%).
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Lightning Lasso is no longer dispellable and deals damage of 48% of the target's health over 6 seconds.
Old: Deals (180% of spell power) damage over 6 seconds.
