Kirin Tor Summoners are level 110 Kirin Tor mages located in Stormwind Keep / Cleft of Shadow after the Battle for the Broken Shore. They hold a portal to Dalaran above Deadwind Pass during 
[10-45] Calling of the Council.
They also briefly appear in the Violet Citadel in Dalaran holding a portal to Stormwind City or Orgrimmar.[1]
Note
- While two mages hold the portal for the Alliance, only one mage holds it for the Horde.
