Kaqiata is a dead tuskarr located in Brackenhide Brambles in the Azure Span. She was the mother of Rowie. She went with her fellow tuskarr to a hunt, but was killed by the Brackenhide gnolls. When the adventurer found her body and called upon her spirit, instead of crossing over Kaqiata resolved to empower Brena's Totem to fight against the decay-corrupted gnolls.[1] Brena then summoned her to help destroy the Twisted Ancient, after which Brena thanked her and released all the spirits to be with Karkut.[2]
