Iceshatter is a magnataur found in eastern Dragonblight near the frozen lake inhabited by Ice Revenants.
As a Rare Elite, Iceshatter patrols near the Emerald Dragonshrine in The Deaths of Chromie.
Upon death drops

Abilities
Magnataur Charge — Charges the enemy dealing 200% weapon damage.
Pulsing Shards — Inflicts Frost damage every 3 sec and slows attack and cast speed of nearby enemies for 15 sec. Stacks up to 10 times.- Pulsing Shards — Inflicts 1 Frost damage every 3 sec. Slows attack and cast speed by 30% to nearby enemies for 15 sec. Stacks up to 10 times.
Strategies
Almost all of his damage comes from Pulsing Shards. It's a channeled spell, so melee should run away as soon he starts casting. One debuff won't hurt too much. He will charge the tank when he's done. Reportedly, a warrior can use 
[Spell Reflection] on Pulsing Shards.
