Spell Reflection is a tier 3 warrior class talent that reduces magic damage taken and allows the warrior to reflect a spell back onto the caster. It lasts for 5 seconds or until a spell is reflected, and can be used both offensively, and defensively.
Notes and trivia
- This ability is not affected by global cooldown.
- Some bosses and raid mobs are immune to their own spells.
- As of patch 10.0.0, the character animation for this ability varies based on specialization. Protection warriors hold out their shield, while Arms and Fury warriors jab at the air with their main-hand weapon.
- Starting in patch 5.4.0, using Spell Reflection without a shield equipped would cause the player character to hold up a
[Grand Marshal's Aegis] or
[High Warlord's Shield Wall], depending on faction. This was removed at some point; if an appropriate item isn't equipped, the character now does their animation empty-handed.
