  Old: Your next Penance fires an additional 3 bolts and costs no Mana after 8/4 casts of Smite, Power Word: Solace, or Mind Blast.
  

• Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Harsh Discipline can trigger from [Power Word: Solace] and [Mind Blast] in addition to [Smite]. This talent is no longer tracked through Smite and instead appears on the Personal Resource Display.
  
• Hotfix (2022-11-28):
  • Fixed an issue causing a queued [Penance] to not grant Harsh Discipline following a Smite cast that would normally have granted the buff.
  • The duration of the Harsh Discipline buff effect has been increased to 30 seconds (was 15 seconds).
