This item is a quest reward from  [80] Morgan's Discovery /  [80] Zinge's Assessment and  [60] Gift Giving.

Achievements

Using the Handful of Rose Petals on a list of defined race/class combinations is required for  [Fistful of Love]. It's also required for  [Flirt With Disaster]. They are World Event achievements and parts of the meta-achievement  [Fool For Love].

The  [Pouch of Red Rose Petals] generates the same effect as this item, and can be used to complete the same achievements.
