Completion
Not another one! <Name>, these devices have been springing up all around Azeroth. We know that they can instigate elemental disturbances in the area, including causing tears in the elemental planes.
The devices stink of Twilight's Hammer. The engravings covering the surface and the captured elemental essence implicate Cho'gall and his minions are behind this.
If you find more of these, please bring them to me or one of my associates. We need to learn more about what's behind this attack!
Notes
The quest will only be offered if the elementals are appropriate to your level. This means that high-level characters will have to head to appropriately high-level zones and close the rifts there rather than simply heading to the starting zones and one-shotting the mobs there.
