Gregor is a medicine man with the Dragonmaw clan of orcs, located at Dragonmaw Port in the Twilight Highlands. Gregor was antsy due to his clan's tumultuous history, but had a lot of faith in the young Zaela.
Horde adventurers enlisted his aid in healing the surviving troops after the Horde warfleet was decimated on arrival in the Highlands by attacks from the twilight dragonflight and the Alliance. His apprehension to help stems from fear of Warchief Mor'ghor.
Gregor was present at the first Azerothian Kosh'harg in Razor Hill in Durotar. He was accompanied by Gralok. At the festival, Gregor hoped that Dragonmaw orcs could find their place and that strife between orcs would finally end.
