The Ruins Rise [29, 18] is a bluff above the Ruins of Guo-Lai in northwest Vale of Eternal Blossoms. The mogu are using a passage that comes out on the rise as their means of entering the vale, however, this cavern is quickly sealed up when discovered.
Sprites have since taken over the area, including any supplies that were there and others that they continue to swipe from the nearby camp.
Patch 5.4.0
The mogu have re-opened the cavern and pushed the sprites out, reclaiming the bluff once again.
