Notes

The second attack is not a true [Rising Sun Kick] and will not trigger [Rising Mist].

Patch 8.1.5 (2019-03-12): Now also deals 35% more damage during [Storm, Earth, and Fire].
Hotfix (2018-12-11): Reduced to 50% effectiveness when engaged in combat with enemy players.
