The Glacial Lieutenant is a summoned ice giant in Silithus. He can be summoned by touching an Ice Stone as part of the Midsummer Fire Festival. As an ice giant, it is intrinsically immune to spells in the frost school.
Abilities
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 8 sec.
Frost Shock — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
