Gangshe was amongst the Primalists tasked with destroying the barrier protecting the Wellspring Temple by Fyrakk. However as the barrier withstood their attempts, a vexed Gangshe voiced his opinion that they wasted precious time and that 
[Fyr'alath the Dreamrender] could cleave the barrier in an instant. In response Fyrakk grew outraged, prompting Gangshe to knell as he begged for forgiveness, while promising they would destroy the barrier. However, Fyrakk was unmoved and swiftly killed him, an act which motivated the other Primalists to continue their attacks.[1]
Despite the Primalists' best efforts, the barrier was only destroyed when Fyrakk destroyed it with Fyr'alath, proving that Gangshe was right.[2]
