The frozen Frostfield Lake can be found just to the east of Dun Niffelem in the eastern area of the Storm Peaks. Further to the east is Fjorn's Anvil, while Thunderfall is to the north.
Phasing
It is infested by Stormforged Iron Giants and Seething Revenants.
After completing the quest 
[25-30] Forging a Head, the iron giant bodies will have been removed from the lake, leaving just the revenants.
