Timeline
The journeys in Exploring Azeroth: The Eastern Kingdoms and Exploring Azeroth: Kalimdor happen after the Fourth War, but before the events of Death Rising.
Exploring Azeroth: Northrend is set some time after the defeat of Zovaal in the Sepulcher of the First Ones during the war against the Jailer.[1] The Vow Eternal, which is set moments before the awakening of the Dragon Isles, mentions that the Bronzebeard brothers have just returned from exploring Northrend.[2]
Exploring Azeroth: Pandaria is set 10 years after the events of Mists of Pandaria (year 30),[3] so the exploration occurs during Dragonflight (year 40).
