•  Alixandr Fallor /  Legionnaire Gutcrush in Stormshield / Warspear.

Notes

Requires a rating of 2400 or higher in Rated Battlegrounds, and 3v3 or 5v5 Arenas to be able to buy.

Patch changes

• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Effect changed. Now permanently adds the weapon enchantment to your appearances collection.

  Old: Makes your weapon appear as if it were imbued with Glorious Tyranny.
  

• Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): Can now additionally be purchased from Alixandr Fallor in Stormshield and Legionnaire Gutcrush in Warspear.
  
• Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Now available to players. It can be bought from Grand Marshal Tremblade and High Warlord Volrath.
