Emissary Valustraa is a draenei ambassador to the night elves who can be found next to Tyrande in the Temple of the Moon in Darnassus. Before the Cataclysm, she would send draenei adventurers to Astranaar to speak with Vindicator Palanaar to see if there's anything that they could do to help the inhabitants.[1]
Valustraa survived the Burning of Teldrassil. She was present in the Exodar during the Tishamaat and can be seen conversing with Magwin and Cowlen in the Trader's Tier.[2]
