Dreaming of Drakes is a legacy achievement earned by outgrowing the use of Whelpling's Dreaming Crests during Dragonflight Season 3. This requires reaching an item level of 450 or higher in all equipment slots. Once done, players can trade their Whelp's crests up to Drake's Dreaming Crests in a 6-to-1 ratio by speaking with Vaskarn at Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream.
Upon earning the achievement, Vaskarn sends players some in-game mail:
We've discovered something spectacular! Exciting! Fascinating! Well, I've discovered it. But Cuzolth confirmed it. This is real!
Come visit me in the Central Encampment. I've figured out how to transmute your Whelpling's Dreaming Crests into Drake's Dreaming Crests!
