Cuzolth is a dracthyr item upgrader located with Vaskarn in Loamm in Zaralek Cavern. They later moved to the Central Encampment under Amirdrassil in the Emerald Dream. During War Within prepatch, they arrived at the Chamber of the Guardian.
He and Vaskarn moved to Dornogal where they work in Mythic Aspirations.
