Draenic Versatility Potion is crafted in one of two ways:
- With Draenor Alchemy (1). The recipe is learned from
[Recipe: Draenic Armor Potion], which can be purchased for 9
from 
Mary Kearie in Lunarfall, Katherine Joplin in Stormshield, 
Albert de Hyde in Frostwall, or Joshua Alvarez in Warspear. - With a rank 2 or 3 Alchemy Lab. This option is available regardless of whether your character knows alchemy.

Patch changes
Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Stacks to 200, up from 20. 
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Level squish: Now requires level 35 (was 90). Cooldown increased to 5 minutes (was 1 minute). 
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Renamed from Draenic Armor Potion. Now increases Versatility (was bonus armor). 
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
