If the warrior has chosen the [Fervor of Battle] talent, this trait can also reduce the Rage cost of [Whirlwind].

Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Crushing Assault [Slam] damage increased to 10,800 (was 7,060).
Hotfix (2018-12-11): Reduced to 50% effectiveness when engaged in combat with enemy players.
