Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Fervor of Battle now triggers only if Whirlwind hits 2 or more targets.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 Arms talent (was a level 30 Arms talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now a level 30 talent (was 80). No longer increases Whirlwind's damage.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17):
- Now a level 80 talent (was 75).
- Redesigned: Whirlwind deals 10% increased damage, and Slams your primary target. Icon updated.
Old: Whirlwind deals 80% increased damage to your primary target.
