Crimson Watch is a small blood elf base that oversees the Path of Conquest in southern Shadowmoon Valley. The elves are part of a group known as the Crimson Sigil, and are the elite blood elf guards of Lord Illidan.
Marcus Auralion, High General of the Sha'tar, is kept imprisoned in a crystal here. Upon retrieving the journal of Val'zareq the Conqueror and taking it to him, the Battle of the Crimson Watch begins.
